Bola Social Soccer is a soccer game where you run your own club. This guide walks you through what is on each screen and how to get started. The game is in beta: some parts may still be missing or broken.
Before you start
Go to the sign-up page, choose a username and a password, your club's name and your country. You play in a desktop browser, with no Flash and nothing to install. Your club is saved to your account, so you can pick it up on another computer by logging in.
Your club's city
The main screen is an aerial view of your city. From it you go into the team, the gym, the trophy museum, the administration and the stadium.
At the top you see the club's name, your bollars (the in-game money), melons (the other currency), your fans and your level. At the bottom is your league, with other players' clubs, and from there you can visit their stadium.
The team and the formation
In the team screen you choose the formation (for example 4-3-3 or 4-4-2), decide who starts and who sits on the bench, and check your players' stats: defense, strength, condition, speed, ability and attack.
The coach gives position bonuses for a few days: changing or renewing him is a quick way to improve the team's performance.
The gym
In the gym you train your players. A team in good condition performs better in matches, so it pays to stop by before you play.
Playing matches and tournaments
Press PLAY to play. You can train, challenge another player's club or compete in a tournament. Each match earns you fans and money, and tournaments unlock as you level up.
The World Battle pits countries against each other: what your club earns adds points for the country you picked.
The stadium and sponsors
With what you earn you can upgrade the stadium with new parts (pitch, stands and terraces) that raise its capacity and attract more fans. In the administration you sign sponsors that pay your club, and the museum keeps the trophies you win.
Tips for getting started
Check the formation and the starters before every match.
Train your players in the gym before tournaments.
Keep investing in the stadium: more capacity means more fans.
Visit the clubs in your league and challenge the ones close to your level.
Game rules and community guidelines
So that everyone can enjoy the league, these are the basic rules of Bola Social Soccer.
One person, one account: do not share your username or create extra accounts to gain an edge with your own clubs.
Play fair: do not use bots, cheats or game bugs to earn money, fans or wins. If you find a bug, report it through support.
Respect other players: usernames and club names must not be offensive.
Donations to get Melon Cash are voluntary and are handled only through a support ticket. Never share your password or pay third parties.
The team may suspend accounts that break these rules. If you think it was a mistake, open a ticket from the support page.
